We use TBS for all our IT and phone system needs. They are professional and extremely knowledgeable. They quickly come to our offices in emergency situations. We've taken our computers to their offices for repair several times. It's nice to have knowledgeable people that are always willing to help! I highly recommend TBS!

We had TBS come out to run cable down to our home office and set up a separate network extender. The wiring techs were great, although it took longer than anticipated, and they got the job done well. We had issues with our network extender but they were willing to work with us to get it resolved without running out all our support hours. I appreciate their flexibility and look forward to utilizing them for support down the road.

I dropped my laptop off with this company to repair a bad power supply. After 3 days without a call from them I called and they said it was done. I picked it paid the fee and found it was still broken. Took it back and was told they would look at it when they had time. All their tech's were busy with higher paying customers. I was then told no refund. I would advise everyone to stay far away from this poorly managed company.
