Ed at Basis Point is a lifesaver. Not only are his rates way more reasonable than everyone else in the business, he is extremely available and helpful with any issues we ever have and helping us get our systems just how we want them. Payment processing is always a pain but Ed takes care of us so well! I remember using the big companies and having to call 1800 numbers and ending up talking to someone in a call center in another country and never getting help. Ed is always right there if I need him. Highly recommend!

I have been in business for 13 years, and 10 of those years I spent looking for credit card processing that worked for me. Basis Point (formerly Portland Merchant Services) cut my costs literally in half, and when I call Ed answers the phone and answers my questions or fixes any issue usually the very same day. I cannot recommend enough.
