Great company. I’ve been using this company for years. For credit card processing, networking, and POS. I have three locations and a forth opening soon. All POS systems and networks have issues. That’s why you can’t beat the IT and hardware support they provide. Not waiting on hold for hours to talk to someone on the other side of the world. They are either on the phone immediately or can be on site within minutes/hours.

This system promised everything that was important to our business! It failed in every way! We have been charged for approximately 3-4 months for a system that we could not use. We continue to be charged even after signing a release of our contract form. The money was supposed to be credited back but yet we’ve been charged once more. Can’t seem to get anything from anyone as far as fixing this.
