Our old POS had many problems on a monthly basis. I switched to Focus services over a year ago and haven't had any problems since. Definitely recommend these guys.

We are a church that holds a festival each year and have been using Focus for the past seven years. They have helped us evolve our sales from majority cash heavy to mostly credit cards, which has streamlined our process and made us much more efficient.

We only have need of Focus Carolina's systems once or twice each year, but I can absolutely see the value they bring and how it would translate to a day-to-day business. The guys are responsive and extremely knowledgeable. The hardware is essentially dummy proof (which we definitely need!!) And the reporting capabilities help us easily track our profits. We had very few hiccups, but when we did, the support was absolutely first class.

I would recommend Chad, Toby, Joe, and the crew to anyone who is looking to take their business to the next level. If you are wanting to improve and streamline your entire process, you need Focus!

We've been using Focus for 4 months now, but began communications 2 years ago. I was stuck in a lease that I couldn't get out of with another company and asked that Chad Capece get back in touch with me a few months before that lease was up. As promised, I didn't hear from him again until the agreed upon date. Chad came out to my (considerably off the beaten path) restaurant to show me their system & I was immediately impressed. He helped me every step of the way with financing, set up & choosing a new merchant processing company- all things that I needed a LOT of hand-holding with!
When it came time to program the system, the programming team was on point & have continued to be immediately available to answer any questions. One thing that I love about this company is that the system is very easy to use/ tweak/ program as I was AND the team is there to do just about anything for me that I can't or simply do t have time to do. Like, a real person answers the call & can walk me through any questions AND log in remotely to just fix it- something that definitely didn't happen with the previous company!
I can't say enough good things about my experience with Focus. I know that my restaurant, Star Diner (www.StarDinerWNC) has benefitted from this new POS system- AND my accountants love it too!!
