I have been a client of ESS since 2011 when I was opening The Limerick Pub. They set up the original POS system and a few years ago recommended a different system, which they also set up. The constant over the years has been their responsiveness to our needs and excellent service. Could not ask for a better partner!

I recently had the opportunity to work with Essential Systems Solutions regarding credit card processing and online payments at my dental practice. I am usually reluctant to make changes because, in my experience, the change often leads to new headaches and problems. This was definitely not the case with ESS. Working with Katie and Mike was a pleasure!!!! What stood out to me was their willingness to go the extra mile to make the transition easy. I felt fully supported during the entire process. I love the local support! If you are a business owner in the DelMarVa area, do yourself a favor and reach out to ESS. They will take a look at what you are using now and will let you know if they can save you money while at the same time making your job easier.

This is the BEST Point of Sale company in the Frederick MD area!
If you need a POS system or anything for that matter for your business, call ESS! They have awesome customer support, I couldn't imagine using any other POS company.
