Absolute joke, no follow up, blame game from the beginning, trying to dictate law on how you run your business when we don't use half the functions because they don't work. Read all the reviews multiple people have had the same issues. OWNER is the same way, blame guy, do you have it in writing. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AS HE JUST SHOUTS CONTRACT CONTRACT CONTRACT AFTER PROMISSING THE WORLD AND DOING NOTHING!!

Have never left a negative review but this is a must. Left me hanging without a functional system for SEVEN DAYS. Thankfully I had great friends to find me an actual old school cash register or I wouldn't have been able to open at all. No follow up (common complaint here I see). Overcharged and underwhelming service/ability. And don't leave the cash drawer open too long or it will freeze, crash and then fry the hard drive. TWICE in one year

Don’t do it. Constantly having issues with system, and can’t get a call back or reply to emails. This has been a joke dealing with them.

I would highly recommend this business to anyone starting a small business here in Indy, technicians can be called on site by next day, you can have supplies shipped to you or even pick them up, tech support used to suck but they've gotten a lot better, especially the most recent time I communicated with the service department. Most of these reviews are due to the works of some of their older employees, who I have dealt with as well. I also love how my menu can be integrated with their new online ordering service!

I hate to shop. ezdine was recommended to me before I opened my restaurant in 2012. The relationship was average at best. Tim in support and a young lady that left the company were great from a support aspect. Ali is a con from the start. The first time we had a conversation, he swore he was not the owner, although I had read the cover of an industry magazine, in which he was highly praised.

My business has grown and I needed upgrading, which they never seemed to be able to do. Before they respond and call me a liar, I have every bit of written communication from day one of our relationship. As I stated previously, the relationship was average, the hardware is behind the times and they have been beta testing cloud based services since I started with them. I finally made the decision to switch vendors, since Ben never returned an email, until I told them I was switching. Now I have to file with the Attorney General (I could sue, but that just helps me, the AG can make it harder for them to do business in my state), because they are using the date they started acknowledging I was leaving, so they can over charge for services not rendered. Guess what, they are still charging, as they know they have to stop ACH on their end. I am told I may have two causes of action of now, so I can use the AG and still file a civil suit. Why do this over less than $500? Because I do not like being lied to or stolen from.

If I am wrong, sue me for slander and defamation! "It was just revised. SHould be in your account either tonight or tomorrow morning. For some reason a different record was deleted and refund was made to a different account. Let me know if you dont have it be tomorrow." Ali's response to my theft question today. 8 years of using the same account but the refund went to someone else's account. Yeah, color me stupid.

Avoid this company unless you need average products, average service and culture of BS from the top guy.

AJ was patient as have been all the support staff at EZ Software Solutions, but the greatest thing is that he got off the phone with me and did what he said he would do and repeated that today, until the problem was solved!

We strongly advise other small businesses against entering any type of agreement with EZ Retail! After a somewhat impressive sales presentation, we made the mistake of signing an agreement and writing out a $1000 '30-day - money back guarantee deposit'. Within a few days, our studio realized that the original system we discussed was not a good fit for us and the revised/proposed system would be $7000 instead of $5000 (to add a mobile unit) - Customer Service was not good, calls were not returned, staff was 'working at home' and after cancelling our agreement less than 2 weeks in and asking for the 30-day deposit back, we were told that none of it would be returned. It was a very expensive mistake on our part that our small family owned business had to pay $1000 for.
