We have been Leebro POS clients for almost 7 years now and we look forward to being clients for many more years to come. Shout out to Glen in tech support who has helped us out many times over the years with concise explanations and quick solutions to any problems we have had. The addition of Sammy Jo as our account manager has been a most welcome, (and free of charge!) addition to the service they already provide. Would recommend!

I cannot give enough praise and gratitude to the team at Leebro POS. We recently implemented HRPOS at a new restaurant with them and the experience was stellar! The software works great, our installer, Ben, was amazing, the sales team was extremely helpful and responsive, and the support has been top-notch. I cannot more highly recommend a POS solution and team to implement it. We are transitioning all of our restaurants to HRPOS with Leebro and using them at all future locations. Thank you!

Aly and her team at LeeBro POS were fantastic during our installation. This company blows every other POS company I have ever worked with away with their response time to issues or concerns with the system. I would highly recommend them.

My business is a 125 year old pastry shop in Manhattan’s East Village. We’ve been a longtime customer with Leebros POS since 2009. We are so impressed with the level of expertise and service that this company puts out. Whenever we have a technical problem Leebros is there to solve it. I am now working to upgrade our system to another level with wireless iPads for our cafe. It’s great that they have knowledge sales staff, a wonderful support system and dedicated people to work with you in an advisory capacity as well.

If your on the fence as to which POS company to choose do not hesitate to give Leebros a test drive.

We went from old systems (being a 112 year old business at the time of switching to Leebros) to a state of the art POS systems and there is no going back.

Thank you to the whole staff at Leebros. We couldn’t be the premier Pasticceria in NYC without you.

Have been in the restaurant industry for over 15 years. I would highly recommend Leebro POS for a high volume restaurant or bar. I have used Aloha, Micros, Touch Bistro, Aldelo and more. Their ability to cater to my individual needs and restaurant operations has helped me save money and become more profitable. Their support team (which makes them stand out among the rest) is highly trained, very knowledgeable and professional. You will not regret it.

We changed over our POS system from ADELO to LEEBROS POS . i have to say from A-Z, Leebros has made the transition seamless and extremely supportive.

Its not easy moving from one system to another. but They really add the hospitality end to there group.

So working in the business for 20 years. Its great to get the same "warm and fuzzies" from a POS company (which you never expect).

We are in the business of turn and burn. so URGENCY is HUGE. LEEBROS understands that!

Looking forward to working with this company in our future projects.

I have been using Leebro POS for the last 6 months. Overall the system is great, fast and easy to use. Like many other company Leebro POS had some issue but mostly because of miscommunication. I will recommend Leebro POS and I will definitely use them again in other locations.

I want to love Leebros, I really do. But since install I have gotten more 1 star reviews than ever before. All due to system down issues and cc issues. Buyer beware they can not back up their sales talk.....
Update.10/19 They went from bad to worse... if that was possible. Can I give zero stars?

Terrible system. I have many other franchises but this is by far the worst POS out there. No support. They charge for everything on top of $200 a month which is on top of $10,000 investment.

This is the worst company to do business with. They are such a rip-off!!!! They nickel and dime you for everything. We bought the system about two years ago and had nothing but problems from day one. The training was horrible and if you need additional training they charge. I have to pay $250.00 per month for them to abuse us when we call with a problem and pray that they call back within a reasonable amount of time. We recently bought a biometric scanner. Their own tech had such problems installing it. To this day it hasn't work properly. Now this scanner is less the two months old Leebro is telling us if they send someone out to fix it there will be a charge. I hate this company!!! Once they sell you a POS system and get your money, you are on your own. My suggestion to anyone thinking of getting a POS system DO NOT GET A LEEBROS SYSTEM.
