We have been doing business with NHCR for close to 30 years.
Their ability to respond quickly has been amazing.
One example.
A few years ago our restaurant took a direct hit by lightning and all of our POS terminals were damaged.
They had us up and running the next Day,!

New Haven Cash Register has kept our POS going, and that is incredibly important to any business that relies on these computers. The service provided by NHCR is impeccable. My only request is that we can find better rates for our Merchant Services - World Pay is the exclusive merchant services used by NHCR and the rates are excessive, and the company is global, so you can imagine the long waits for service!.
