I've been in Restaurant operations for a long time. I've been a manager (bad one) for a hot minute. I have never seen anything like SmartTab. Staff saves time with search capabilities. Managers save time with biometric clock in, credit audit, auto clock out. Comes with a fully customer integrated app with to go ordering and touchless payment. Top it off owners get the best back of the house info I've ever seen and direct customer surveys. Crazy all that's included

I love this system! Being in the business for 30 yrs I’ve worked with many different ones. It’s so easy for the servers to split checkers and keeps the splits so organized. CC it’s very fast process. It so awesome for management to do everything from thief phone. I can adjust times, add items, change prices from my phone. I can add a table if need be to floor plan at a drop of a dime. You don’t even need to be in the venue to do a lot of things the restaurant or club needs. It’s just a great system I would highly recommend to at least give it a test run you will be surprised on how quickly you can familiarize yourself and your stuff quickly

Been using smarttab for about 6 months now and I haven't looked back. Previously I have used primarily Aloha, and this is definitely a step up. Super intuitive software and easy to use. Can change things on the fly without having to restart the whole system. Best experience I have had with a POS system.

SmartTab has been absolutely amazing for my venue. I’ve been in the hospitality industry for over 15 years and I have worked with dozens of different POS systems. None of them compare to SmartTab. Not just the system and equipment but the people running the show have been incredible to work with. Bryan, Steven, Daniel all have gone above and beyond for helping my venue. I don’t think we would be where we are now without them and SmartTab.

We’ve been using SmartTab for about 2 years now and I’m extremely satisfied. I’ve worked with several members of the team, most recent Bryan out of Las Vegas. They are very easy to communicate with and very responsive. I’m a bartender by trade and after 20 years of bartending and 6 years owning my own bar this is hands down one of the best POS I’ve ever used.
I’m excited to see them constantly roll out tweaks or new tech, because in the two years there has been many upgrade and additions which to me proves this is a company that genuinely cares about it’s product and it’s future.
I look forward to working with SmartTab for many years to come.

In my experience working in Payments, there are so many Point of Sale systems on the market.  They’re slow, dated, and strong arm costly upgrades every few months clients have to pay. However, SmartTab is by and far the best! Their software makes it so quick and easy to setup your menu, employees, time schedule and their reporting is dynamic and instant. I would definitely recommend a SmartTAB POS system to any restaurants, bars, lounges. Go with SmartTAB for POS that doesn’t suck!
