Possibly the best POS company ever! I looked at several other POS companies including Toast for my restaurants. Honestly, Toast was being pushed hard by US foods, and they even offered me 50% off if I got Toast through their introduction. I looked at all of the features Toast offered, and I was impressed as we were using an old Micros system. I met with Southern California POS and I was instantly impressed to learn that they were a local company offering better technology for less money than Toast even with the 50% discount.
I’m a local business owner that appreciates when my customers choose my locations versus national franchise brands. I find it hard to give my business to a company out of Boston when I have a local company that offers better service, superior products and they do both for a better price. I don’t see how any local company can expect locals to support them but then turn around and give their business to the big box guys... I recommend Southern California POS Systems, give them a shot!

Unbelievable commitment to excellence! This company is so on it, I feel like I should be paying triple what they charge. Khalid is very much involved with the day-to-day operations. I was concerned about moving forward with them at first, I have 13 location, and they don't staff many employees, but I quickly realized they have full support from all of the brands they represent. We never have an issue getting in touch with any one for help with questions or service, and we have 200 + employees. I highly recommend that you use this company for your POS needs. I have dealt with companies with many more employees that are half as good. If you want to save money and get the BEST service, go with this company. The most seamless installation ever! Awesome company, great owner, excellent support, and the BEST Point-of-Sale company ever. I know it sounds over the top but really, if you call me I’ll let you know these guys are pros. They take the time to ask all the right questions, they set up everything before install, they train staff before install, they install after hours, when you launch staff knows a lot about the system, everything is printing where it’s supposed to, the bugs are worked out, and you hit the ground running! Take them up on the live training, it’s worth it. They come in and are on shift for several days to make sure if anything happens it is taken care of quickly.
Take my word for it, if you are considering them, they are the right company, they will save you so much headache!

Best POS Company ever! I don't say that lightly, I've been in the hospitality industry for over 30 years, and I have worked with 6 or 7 POS companies. After working with Khalid, I wouldn't ever work with any other provider. They always answer the phone, they show up on time, they do great work and they stand behind their products. I would highly recommend working with this company!

Ok I usually don't give reviews too often but in this case I got to be honest I have to go out of my way to give a truthfully honest review to this company who is represented by Khalid who not only gave our 2 restaurants a five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ AWESOME customer service but I would say more of an 8 ???? ???? ???????????????????????? VIP CUSTOMER SERVICE
