The biggest pain to work with. 3/4 of our terminals crashed or came with a "ped tampered" message. No one had an answer to fix this. Deeply impacted our business causing us to lose thousands of dollars. DO NOT USE TITAN. Worked with Jessica Lara, Laquita Moscato, Charmel Sanchez, and Joseph Zamora

Jessica Lara is assigned to our company and she is awesome. She's really nice to talk to and I really like having one person assigned to my company that addresses any issues I may have. Although i have never had any issues just general questions I like having what I suppose would be described as personalized support agent assigned to me

From the first call to receiving my terminal Fabian Garcia was a true professional. Any and all questions was immediately answered. What he could not answer he got a tech to conference and fix instantly.

I am a small business owner and a newcomer to the Titan Merchant Services. I have tried other services and found that most will not do business with anyone who deals with firearms. As a gunsmith this has posed a problem. Mr. Fabian Garcia, the call center director, has been my point of contact with Titan since I first started and has addressed all of my questions and problems. His service has always been prompt and positive but my biggest problem has been with the PCI compliance program. Mr. Garcia's knowledge and assistance has guided me through this and finally resolved all of the issues. JOB WELL DONE! Thanks.

Felicia Davis was very helpful and answered all my questions. We have been with Titan for 5 years and have been happy with their service and product. We are a small tax firm with 650+ clients and love the convenience of accepting credit cards. Just wish monthly cost was not so high in the off season. Thanks Felicia

Without a doubt Titan Merchant Services provides the best customer service of any credit card merchant services. I have contacted them several times and each time they have exceeded my expectations. If you are looking for low fees this is the service to use.

Have worked with Titan for several years now, in 3 retail locations and for our online merchant processing. Had very few issues, and when we did, their customer service was very quick, especially Caryssa. Low processing fees and fast over night payments.

I am glad that sales person (Caryssa) called me to offer their service for my Income Tax business . My business is seasonal so NO CONTRACT is great for me, also I am saving a lot with the cash discount program, where i do not have to pay any processing fees.

I own an auto repair shop and most of our transactions are through the credit card terminal. Titan Merchant has provided me with the best rates compared to all the previous merchant services. They also have provided me with the best customer service especially if I had a problem with the terminal or any transaction. All the previous companies have tried to take advantage of us or completely just ignored us in the past. I haven't had any problems with Titan Merchant. Thanks Titan Team.

This company has a really good program and they offer FREE equipment (who doesn't love free) . They have very competitive pricing (very important to me) and the one-on-one experience I received from my Account Rep (LaQuita) over the years has been excellent! I love the fact that I've been able to keep the same Rep for 10 years now (she knows my business needs)
I highly recommend Titan - I have yet to be disappointed

For the past 5 years I've held my merchant account with Titan.
My Rep is Mrs. Moscoso - she has always been honest with me about pricing and provides ALL fees involved upfront making my transition to switch over to their business a smooth and quick process. I've been in business for 15 years and this has been the best merchant provider I've worked with THUS FAR and I've had MANY! Request Mrs. Moscoso as your Rep- she has been with the company for a long time and is very knowledgeable.

Don’t don’t don’t sign with this company I think they are the worse I ever dealt with. They take your money some how that’s what they did with me. I signed with them looking for the cheapest fees for my business end paying the most expensive heading fees. Just don’t do it free advice, because even if you decade to cancel they will charge you a fee that they never tell you a bout when you sign in. I wish there is less stars to give them. Bad bad bad company...

My company received 16 automated calls in one day to try out there services. I called and asked to be taken off their automated calling system and the person who took my call became belligerent and then threatened to take me to court. Stay as far as you can away from this company. I wasn't even doing business with them and they threatened me. This is a terrible customer service company and should not be in business.

I sign in with very low transaction fee and 0 monthly fee Agent talk very nice after few month is good in beginning and after that App don't let me to Sine in and I have Other Credit card processor to and I keep that one because some time acting funny app and customer don't want to wait so I use two company app and since August Anywhere commerce don't work properly so I don't use it and Titan merchant service charge deduct in my account Avery month $114.00 to $150.00 in 5 month almost $700. took my money from my account.
SO don't trust them and think twice before you Sine in otherwise you get robed .

A salesman from this company LaQuita Moscoso Call me to offer merchant services for my company, Bocalux Limo.. she offer me better rates than Square that is the company I use. Make a long story short they charge me a lot more than what I sign in the contract and also fees that were not suppose to exist. At the beginning the refund some of it but they keep charging more and higher percentage for transactions. I cancel my services with them and two months after I am receiving collection calls for fees that are not even in my contract.
stay away from companies like this.

They use a third party processing company called gateway services that will continue charging your bank account even after you close your account. If you want a good processing company that doesn't have a bunch of loop holes and actually allows your fund to be available, don't go with these guys. As a small business titan merchant service did nothing but cause us headache . It took three months to close an account ! Bad bad customer service as well.
