I love how acid is easy to use. our stores needed a way to share rewards, gift cards and customer details across website and several of our stores. It was really hard to find a solution that would work in the way acid did. after one week of detailed setup, we are now operating without issues. I also have to mention that we tried several other pos systems before going with acid. I can't tell you enough how much we love their step by step returns and complex exchanges. The only comment that I have on the software is maybe to simplify permissions a bit. You can get lost in the amount of roles and permissions they give you for total control, but their staff is very friendly and will setup all that for you based on your preferences.
