Adam has been such a rockstar he since he took over my Mobile one wireless account he has helped me so much he answers and or responds quickly. He always has an answer and solution for me and if he doesn’t he finds it and we get it figured out! I couldn’t ask for a better account manager truly a blessing to have him apart of our team! He has a very calming demeanor about him. Anyone that has worked with me knows I can a bit of a handful but it’s all in just improving the company and getting things figured out the right way and Adam seriously I can’t sing his praises enough! Y’all have a gem!

For all the money these guys make and I mean they make serious $$$ try getting to a tech when you have an issue you will wait in excess of 30 minutes 99% of the time. You can never resolve any issue with a transaction while the customer is in the Store. They charge $70 on average for their POS and they just got BOOST MOBILE on board as well and eventually all BOOST MOBILE stores will be running their Platform this is PATHETIC such a big company with such terrible wait time. Does it really cost that much to increase your Support Staff????
