We have been customers of theirs's for years. They have excellent customer service and no matter the time or day they always get back to you when there is an issue. We love the constant actualizations and new features they bring to their POS, making easier and more efficient on the day to day businesses.

Worst POS ever. Always had problems with connections all the time. Would go down at the busiest time. Bunch of crooks who lie and steal your money. They always claim they have best customer service I disagree completely. The credit card processers they deal with still haven't refunded my money. Bunch of cons. Avoid it all all cost!!!!!!

I have been using computer perfect for over 20 years for my retail stores. They handle all of my Everyday POS needs, including my website & mobile apps. There Cusotmer service is always very helpful & Prompt.

I'm the General Manager at Gramercy Wine Cellars we switched to Computer Perfect last month. Computer Perfect is super easy to use, gets my inventory quick and ready to start, it also breaks down our sale in so much details which is what we need at the end of the day. Office and Owner are very helpful when we have an issue and it gets resolved within minutes.

Very bad software. Connectivity problems all the time. They brag about humans picking the phone and not automated machines well In this case machine should pick up phone because at least it has some answer to the problems. 24 hours open ? 5 pm office closes and after 5 pm some guy picks up the phone (personal phone I guess) who will give excuses and will blame somebody else. Avoid it.

We converted to Computer Perfect from an almost 20 year old inventory system. Both the owner and the team helped to make this challenging conversion possible. The system is flexible and reports provide key information. Someone is always available when I needed help with quick answers and solutions. Excellent POS system with helpful and personal service

I've been with computer perfect for over 15 years . Its been over 5 years using Lightning POS and Its been nothing but great !! Its the best POS that i every used. There are so many useful things using Lightning pos , that it helps me run my business alot better now and saves me time to do other things around my store. Its a great POS to have in your store. The #1 reason i've been with Computer Perfect for over 15 years, is there customer service. They answer everyone of my calls at any hour or day. They also take care of any issues within minutes.

After close to 30 years of professionally installing retail systems for customers I have seen POS software come and go. Most work OK but always seemed to be lacking in one area or another but then along came Lightning POS! Lightning seems to have it all and it just keeps getting better with frequent improvements using the latest technologies including Smart-phone integration. Most POS software programs use "work arounds" to get things done but Lightning covers all the bases. It is a quality software package!

Tom and his team are top notch. Calls answered by people not machines, product developments are fluid and continuous and common sense attitudes help coordinate projects from concept to finish.
They listen and then they act, not like other vendors who have a cookie cutter answer for concerns.
With the built in loyalty program we have cut our costs and grown our customer base in the process!

My company has used Lightning since 2012 when we transitioned from a non-cloud system. It has been a key tool supporting my company's success as we've scaled to over 75 locations from about 20. The Lightning Corporate Office has been extremely helpful, delivering system-wide real time information and reporting of all our stores at our fingertips. I appreciate Tom and his team going the extra mile over the years to accommodate our many unusual and custom reporting requests. As someone who has used a handful of POS systems over the years I can confidently say Lightning has been the best partner I've encountered in that department!

lightning Point of sale has been running my stores everyday needs for over 15 years & I couldn't be happier with them. Their latest upgrade gives me the ability to create a fully integrated e-commerce website that is directly linked to my in-store Point of sale with live inventory! How cool is that?
