GREAT SOFTWARE. DOES EVERYTHING WE NEED IT TO AND MORE. THE ONLINE TRAINING AND THE PERSONAL TRAINING IS EXCEPTIONAL. WOULD RECOMMEND THIS SOFTWARE TO ANYONE.

Fullbay has been a welcome addition to our shop. It has given us the ability to easily track and measure our tech efficiency and utilization. We have also been able to better organize our workflow and make needed improvements to our process. Everything from creating an estimate to adding AND ordering parts to the final invoicing of the customer is well thought out and helps create a better experience for our customers. Tech support is very helpful and responsive. Fullbay is built on a very solid platform and we have experienced little to no downtime. If you're on the fence and serious about making improvements to your shop, just do it!

Excellent sight for repair shops or even large fleets to use. Also a great way to manage your parts inventory, which vendors you purchased from, how often you sell said parts, and what cost was at last time of purchase.

Great system for your repair shop, very easy to use and navigate system. The system is very user friendly. I have been in the repair business for over 30 years with GM, Toyota and Honda and Fullbay is the easiest to learn and navigate.

Fullbay has been a great addition to the tool box, it has provided us with analytics that have enabled us to be more profitable and efficient. It allows our customers to pay the shop directly via. the portal and integrating seamlessly with records. Their tech support is second to none - I have always gotten immediate response (live) and had 99% of the problems solved within minutes - that 1% was followed up on by their calling and texting me back within 24-48 hours for larger issues ... but again with resolution. Only regret was not finding Fullbay sooner.

When I started working for my employer, they were using two separate systems to do inventory management and invoicing. After months of working with these systems, we finally decided we needed something that fit our type of business better. We are a fire apparatus maintenance and repair facility, so we needed a system that was geared more toward mechanic work by allowing us to schedule, report services, manage inventory, and invoice our customers quick and easy. Fullbay went above and beyond our expectations. Our technicians can do service orders from start to finish without ever having to call the office about prices or what the customer has authorized us to do. They can create estimates and email them straight to the customer within a few clicks. All service orders are tracked, preventative maintenance is tracked for every vehicle in the fleets of fire apparatus that we take care of, and invoicing is easier than ever. There is also a portion of the site where we can do counter sales of parts or equipment. This works perfect for our Sales Manager, who sells different fire equipment from our shop.
The representatives of Fullbay that helped our business get set up were super amazing and extremely helpful. They answered every question we had and even submitted some suggestions that we made to their support team. They walked us through the setup process, integrating Quickbooks with the system, and making all the internal connections for those integrations to function smoothly. Fullbay is constantly enhancing how their system runs and strives to give their customers a system that is the best in the industry.
Absolutely a wonderful business and system. Any and all auto shops could highly benefit from using Fullbay!

We've been using Fullbay for almost 5 years. It keeps evolving to meet our needs unlike our previous software which was stuck in the 80s. Support is always ready to handle any questions we might have.

Fullbay is easy to use and navigate. The Fullbay support staff is incredible!! Lin and Amanda have helped us numerous times with the Fullbay and Quickbook integration and some of the little problems that have arisen. Lin has even gone the extra mile to check on something the QB staff couldn't help us with and email us a possible solution. The support staff always answers in a timely manner, no matter how small the question may be. Great for any size shop.

For someone like me that is not exactly tech savy, Fullbay has been very easy to learn (and still learning) with the help of their tech support team. Many great features to the program, along with some that as a small company I don't forsee using, but it's available. It was very easy to train the techs to enter their own work orders and understand parts & inventory. I still have a ways to go but for only using this program for 3 months I'm very happy with it.

Fullbay is a great company that offers repair shops from a small mom and pop all the way to large scale business. It offers so much from PM tracking for your customers, Customer Portal, a way to get the technician more involved with the repair process from notes to understanding their productivity. They have Motor integrations from labor guide to repair guides. It has been great for us so far and continues to grow off customer feedback.

Very user friendly program for service and ticket tracking/scheduling. They are constantly pushing new updates and take requests for specific updates very seriously. I submitted a request to force unit photos for SO closing and an actual person responded almost instantly about reviewing the request and putting it to the FullBay community to see if it would be of interest. Very happy with the program so far. Used in office and via mobile in the field by techs.

Fullbay has been great so far. They are still working on a few thing but the updates come often and are based off of customer requests. The infrastructure of the app is solid. It makes my job as a shop manager easier every day.

For those looking for a management software to track your Mechanics in great detail, I would suggest this program. There are many option for tracking inventory. Their system also have a built in time card system to help track employee hours, allowing reports on Employee productivity to be easily generated. I would suggest anyone looking for a good shop management program to take the time and sign up for a demo.

We have been using FULLBAY for 2 years now at our shop Advanced Diesel and Auto Repair LTD.
The software works extremely well for our business and has streamlined production. It is not cheap, but compared to other options, there really is no other competitor for heavy truck/equipment software.
We use it to track all of our parts costs/margins and technician time tracking.
The service has been great from the FULLBAY team, and they are constantly making upgrades to the system.
Overall I HIGHLY recommend taking a test drive of this system and see its capabilities!

I have been using fullbay for awhile now with the company that I work for and it is great. I am very thankful that any time that I have needed help that I can call in and get help. I also love the fact that you can schedule a training call with someone who can walk you through all of your questions and can teach you the program so that it makes your job so much easier. I would recommend fullbay to any other company hands down.

I would recommend Fullbay to any diesel repair shop big or small. Fullbay is a complete software solution for the diesel industry.
Since implementing Fullbay, we have increased efficiency in:
Assigning jobs to technicians
Tracking and scheduling jobs
Billing and ordering parts
Invoicing
Integration with third party software
Absolutely great software!

I have been using Fullbay at my shop for over a year now and I really like it. Pretty big learning curve but it you take advantage of the onboarding and use their training videos it's not bad. Very comprehensive! Would highly recommend!

I have transitioned our company to Fullbay almost a year ago now from using only quickbooks before. Invoicing is now streamlined, parts accountability and inventory management is now proficient, and the overall company has seen a increase in flow, from start to finish which has benefited not only our bottom-line, but our customer experience. I would highly recommend switching to Fullbay.
