We are using GoFrugal TruPOS software for billing and accounts which is very simple and innovative.They recommend us a suitable package which fulfill our expectations and as well as providing 24x7 customer support till now.
Their app WhatsNow help us to monitor the sales and stock level instantly by mobile phone itself. And my special thanks to the trainer they allotted for our branch Mr.Rajesh, for his dedicational work and co operation.

Support Team is Worst at gofrugal. For each and every problem team takes more than a month to solve the issues inspite of strict follow up with the support team sales everyone. Inspite of such high AMC n Support charges service is worst. Its Just like that - THEY VALUE FOR THEIR MONEY ONLY NO VALUE FOR CUSTOMERS TIME AND MONEY.

Really Very Very Dissappointed with the after sales service of go frugal.
its just like after receiving the the money by selling software there is no focus on after sales service.Support level is very very bad. Feeling as if i m trapped. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. Even the rating shown is asked by the team to do it 5 STAR when they do anything good to you.

have been a customer for 7 yrs now. The product is good. but off late their customer service is very very bad. you have to literally beg them to help you if you have any issues and they will do it as if they were blessing us. No professionalism, No follow up & worst customer support, though I like their product but wouldn't recommend to other due to their customer service. definitely i will move other service in a few months and will ensure others as well.
