Worst Customer Service and Product. Avoid at all costs!
This company could barely keep their system running. It came with stored information in their used equipment from another restaurant. I went serial months with no money being deposited into my bank account. After a year of trouble, they got it working correctly, but then I sold the business. They continued to withdraw monthly fees from my account even after filling out a form of discontinuance of business and returning all equipment at my expense. After around $1000 in stolen money from my account, I had to then pay for a stop payment. I complained for several moths and then finally was contacted by email. They sent another form of discontinuance of business which I filled out again. Then I never heard from them again. They will not reply to email and blocked me from their messaging on Facebook. DO not even start your business with their POS. They will steal from you and offer a very bad experience in both product and customer service. I would give negative stars if possible.

Run far away from this pos system.
Not user friendly, Severely outdated software and non existent customer service.
I returned mine 6 months ago and I'm still waiting for my refund.

We gave hot sauce a try several months ago.
We were lied to about the capabilities and funtions of this system. We decided to return the system as it had a trial period and we just couldn't use this product because it wasn't able to fulfill our needs.
Months later we still haven't received our money back. They won't answer any emails.
I would stay far away from this company if this is how they do business.
Their software looks like a video game from the early 80s and not even close to being user friendly.
Customer service is a joke.
Here i sit 6 months later still waiting for my refund.
I truly feel like I've been scammed out of my money.

I've helped many a restaurant/bar owner out of an old system or out of Clover POS and others that didn't meet their needs like Harbortouch or Toast. Some companies put tons of money into marketing like Clover & Toast but have pathetic customer service. Thank you HotSauce for being a great solution to provide to my customers.
I can be unbiased because I can choose to partner with many of these companies but I've been there where the merchant is calling me upset with the problems they are experiencing. That means I can't focus on generating more business but end up trying to fix their problems because of lack of support. With HotSauce POS not only can I focus on growing my business but my clients want the same system for their next business and are now a referral source. Do yourself a favor and don't fall for fancy marketing but rather go with a system and company that will have your back.

As a professional server, this is absolutely the worst point-of-sale system I have ever used. I would recommend Aloha, Micros, ONE POS, or one of the many other systems out there.

This system really righted our ship. Though we are a non-profit enterprise to serve our military veterans, our Bar and Social Quarters gives us a bit of income. Unfortunately, due to mismanagement, we weren't making any money off of the bar. We were actually losing money.
We changed some things around and bought Hotsauce, and that cured all of our ills. The bar is profitable now. The system is very easy to use for us, which was a major concern for us in a place where not everyone is exactly tech savvy.
Hotsauce did a great job with setting our system up in a way that suited our needs, and they did a GREAT job training our officers and bar manager how to take full advantage of all of the features. We could not be happier.

Their server recently crashed and we were unable to use any of their systems for our business for 2 days. There many more companies out there with better and more reliable systems.
