I have been working here since 14 months and it has been a wonderful experience. Lavu takes care of its customers and employees. They don't want their people to leave. They always welcome the ideas shared and give freedom to work and explore. The flexibility to work and share your ideas and implement them I don't think so any other company would give such powers to their employees so easily. I have been interacting with regular customers to premiere customers and it's been a great experience. They way customers appreciate our customer service is what makes me motivated to do more for them.
A business person would understand better other business person so we encourage customers ideas and we give flexibility, payment options, product options, 24/7 customer service, we make sure our customers business are running smoothly which I turn serves their employees and 1000's of Patons food hunger. I am proud to be part of Lavu and helping my customers to achieve their business though us LAVU

I could list out 100s of reason why this company.. It was my first company as a fresher and it gave me alot of opportunities to grow. The team and management is super helpful and supportive. Feels goods when the management shows faith in you. Also, someone said "a big change can be brought in small organization" so here i am exploring with learning everyday. Lucky to be a part of it.

Restaurant owners beware. Really poor customer service, regular outages, no call backs and so much more. I hate leaving terrible reviews but I regret going with Lavu so much at this point I just hope I can save another restauranteur a real big headache!!!!, We had so much issue with this LAVU, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT SIGN WITH THEM.
ONE NIGHT WE LOST OVER $5000 SALE BECOUSE OUTAGES, SO MUCH MORE!

After experimenting with some other POS systems in the past, I can say with confidence that Lavu’s is the best by far. We very rarely experience glitches in the restaurant, and when we do we can usually resolve the issue in a timely fashion. In fact, within the last few months it’s only frozen up on us once or twice, and everything went back to normal way faster than expected.

Lavu is an extremely exciting company to work for with plenty of opportunities for advancement. You also get to be a part of a small business that’s growing at a rapid rate. Definitely not the ideal working environment for everyone, but if you want to be part of a growing company, it’s really cool.
