Customer service is absolute junk. Not the tech guys-they are great. The sales reps are Lousy. Capital L. Search far and wide before making this decision.

We have been using Liberty Consignment Software from Resaleworld for 6 years. We have been so pleased with their customer service.
They have helped us to become an online store. They have an amazing customer service crew. They have gone above and beyond to help us understand the many features of their software. Calls are returned in a timely manner and questions are answered with patience and respect. We have benefitted from their many features to expand into a growing online shop. There are also lots of helpful reports available. We are moving to a more paperless process with electronic signature capture for credit cards and contracts. All of this was done with their support, as needed.

Liberty was a great choice and we are grateful for their ongoing help and support and for their constant push forward with new features and help for a growing business.

Very Disappointed with support folks thats if you can get a hold of them and if they call you back. Software is good overall but poor design for applying updates.

I have a huge consignment store and this software is the best. The other 3 stores in my area also use it. Keeps track of everything if you enter it in correctly.
I do have to complain about tech support. There seems to be a skeleton crew working. If my software has issues and won't open, I put in a request for support. It can take hours for them to get back to me. In the mean time my consignments pile up and we have to do everything by hand.
Right now it is almost 2 hours waiting. Said the support level was low, now it is heavy. Obviously other callers after me are going first. I have consignments piling up everywhere.

I am very surprised by some of the negative reviews, makes me wonder if they are real or maybe from a competitor. I have been using resaleworld for probably 10 years and have nothing but good things to say. They are always updating their software, support has always been timely and in a very kind professional manner. I would give more stars if I could.
