Paddy has been absolutely amazing. I’ve had my issues with the company but Paddy seems to always be here to help. Months ago I had a concern and she gave me her number if I had any future concerns. When some did pop up, SHE CALLED ME! Absolutely great customer service and an great example of being customer focused!!!!

The last three years I have been living the RV Life and for 6 months of the year I am in AZ, I have used a couple different services in the past and after using Phoenix Internet I couldn't possibly go back to any other service. I haven't had a single issue, the price couldn't be beat, the speed is excellent, and the customer service has always been exceptional. If Phoenix Internet is an option, I'll be taking it over anything else.

Installation crew really knew what they were doing. Patiently answered all my questions and concerns in detail. Very courteous, amiable and thorough. Initial contact with Michael was pleasant and informative. Very pleased all the way around! To make it even better, my internet service is better! Going to pass the word in our community!!

I called today to make a change to a new credit card identification. Not sure that it got done. Patty listened to a couple of issues l Han with the service I have had with phoenix Internet. S was able to confirm some mistakes and made some changes to my illing which was very fair. You are fortunate to have an employee who is this professional to manage these issues like a professional. Patty and Brian from billing are fantastic. They have gone above and beyond to work with me through some trying times. They have been nothing but understanding and compassionate, even when I may have been a difficult customer to deal with at times. Miscommunication can occur in just about any environment, however very few professionals in their field can recover from and move forward as quickly and efficiently as I have witnessed Patty and Brian in the last few months. Again, thank you so much for all your help recently, as well as your kind words of support. I would highly recommend phoenix internet for their outstanding customer service and retention alone.

It's just right for my usage, customer service is always responsive and helpful with any issues that arise. I have had one service issue in the time I've been a customer and that was a worn out and outdated receiver. It was promptly replaced with an updated version with no further service interruptions. Overall I'm extremely satisfied with Phoenix Internet service.
