Honestly speaking, the transition has been as smooth as smooth can be. The training and onboarding process was totally effortless with a customized training developed for our store.
My advice, when you are ready to make the switch, ask to be on board by Robinson, he is marvellous.

The software is solid and reliable. Switched from premium Wireless and we have not witnessed a single second of downtime yet.
The software fulfills every need we have, invoicing, parts management, interfacing with the customer in an organized fashion, reporting, and the list goes on forever. In case we need further explanation of a feature, the support team is second to none. Price is way less than one would expect for everything it does. Our daily operations completely rely on this product. Highly recommended for the retail business!!!

Switched from RepairDesk POS and we had an amazing experience with SalesPush. All the workflows and data fields are highly customizable. It also features great CRM features for tracking leads, estimates, invoices, and customer feedback. If your primary business is repair services, this is the one-stop software that you should get to accelerate your business.

SalesPush has been amazing for my local repair shop, keeping track of customers, trade-in devices, and there are plenty of support articles you can learn the ins and outs of the software very quickly and efficiently, I have never had any troubles training a new employee with the software.
