Just got new updated computers at work with this company. Tech Alex was super helpful. Took his time showing us all the ropes on the new software. Any changes that needed to be made he did without hesitation. I would definitely recommend them, and continue to work with them.

My name is Josh I started the Lebo Diner in Lebo, KS. We are using the POS Partners system. Service desk has been great, Kirk was excellent. Very nice to be able to call 24/7 and get my issues resolved. Recommend to restaurants looking for a good POS.

Today we replaced our antiquated Micros system with the Pulse All-in-One stations from POS Partners! Kirk and Terah have been incredible to work with and we're looking forward to being apart of the Future POS.

Kirk Henry came out to Union Restaurant and Public House and resolved our issues very quickly. He was able to diagnose and repair the network issues we had. He fixed the switch and eliminated an unnecessary wire that got us back up and running during busy business hours. He definitely knew what he was doing. POS Partners has been a great company to work with and Kirk is amazing.

Jake McClanahan general manager of Papa Kenos in downtown Lawrence. Bought Future Pos through POS Partners; Install was nice and easy, about 2 weeks for install time. Everything was ready to go this morning when we got in, Kirk was on top of things and got things done in a nice and timely manner. Staff and Manger training was excellent and flexible times. Would recommend to other restaurants.

Kirk is a rockstar!! He was able to answer all my questions and help me set up my system the way I wanted. He made the process very easy and took the stress away. The installation of our system was very fast and easy.

POS Partners is the best. I had Mark and Kirk as my installers and they were extremely knowledgable with the system. They took time to listen and meet the specific needs of my business. I can't think of one thing that went wrong with the installation. The move from Talech to POS Partners was seemless. We were losing thousands with Talech. If you don't have Future POS then your missing out.

We are so pleased with with our decision to go with POS Partners. We feel like the products and support are a great value. Our relationship manager Jann Grimm has been amazing from the first time we met with the demo, to the end after the set up and training. She has told us so many times to call her anytime if we need anything, and we have! I would recommend POS Partners to anyone in the market, one happy customer here!

I am the owner of The Place 2B! in Mason City, Iowa. We purchased a future pos system from POS Partners in October of 2015. We really love how it has streamlined the process of inventory control, sales reporting, and employee time accounting.
This system has so many features that we use I cannot mention them all. Jann Grimm has been a great help in the on site training, the system is so user friendly. We had no problem training the rest of our staff on the system. Since starting using the system we have see an increase in profits due to efficiency from the staff by faster drink service.
I would highly recommend Future POS from POS Partners to anyone looking for a system.

My relationship manager, Jann Grimm arrived on time, as planned. We faced a few obstacles with my internet service carrier, but she was very patient the whole time and we worked through it. She is very knowledgeable about the POS system and was very helpful to my employees during the training. She was very courteous and professional. I am very pleased with the overall experience, And I feel I have made the right decision by purchasing my system from this company. .

Although we've had problems in the past, our relationship manager, Jann Grimm has been there to ease tensions and try to solve the problems we have faced.
The POS System is a very user friendly interface that allows management to track sales by day, month, and year to calculate revenue growth. My favorite part of the system is the employee sales performance report. This allows my management team and I to track how well a server/bartender performs.
Any POS provider will have problems, but when you have a great relationship manager like Jann, everything is able to be solved.

Kirk Henry and Jann Grimm with future POS partners was very helpful with our Chillicothe Missouri install. they both were very helpful and professional. Jann was especially good with training the server staff.Kirk is an expert at data base creation extremely fast, courteous, and efficient. I feel pretty hopeful that i will like the system as time progresses. Change can be stressful and they were able to diffuse any potential situations. Thanks guys good job!

My name is LeeAnn. My brother and I just installed our first POS system into The Fishing Dock?, our bar and grill in Archie, MO. Kirk and Jann were here to take us live. This was surprisingly much easier than I expected. We were a little hesitant with how it would all work, but am very happy with how the system is functioning after the install. Before putting the system in, our servers were creating their own pricing and we were experiencing losses due to items being missed on the tickets. We are hoping to recover this lost revenue using the Future POS system. Very satisfied with the work performed by POS Partners. Thanks Kirk and Jann for making this a pleasurable experience.

We purchased FuturePOS from POS Partners. It has been installed for about 8 months. The system has been running very well. The local support is something that is very important to us. When you call Kirk he is right there helping you understand different features of the POS. The 24/7 support line is always available when the system has a problem. Currently Kirk is helping us launch a loyalty program to increase sales at our business. I've went through 4 POS systems and this is the best one so far.

I first saw Future POS on Bar Rescue and decided to check it out, due to the upcoming support issues for Windows XP. The finer points of the Future POS is the support. When software updates are available, they are uploaded. If you have any problems with programming, just give them a call. The Helpdesk is number 1 in my book. Not to mention navigation of the software itself. Top notch!
I would highly recommend to any business (restaurants especially) if they are going to upgrade their POS system to check out Future POS. It is very competitively priced. Don't forget to check into the handheld units. order/pay at the table offer the customer, as well as the server, the ability to get things done quickly, accurately, and with full encryption on credit card processing.
